The development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, with a variety of layouts designed for different ways of living by the sea. The architecture has been designed with the Mediterranean as its constant backdrop. Carefully considered layouts, orientations and expansive glazed surfaces maximise natural light and visually extend the interiors towards the terraces and outdoor spaces, creating a continuous dialogue between the residences and their surroundings.
The communal areas are centred around a large swimming pool positioned between the residences and the beach, conceived as a visual extension of the sea.
