This prestigious chalet is divided into spacious living and sleeping areas. The generous living area, flooded with light, offers direct access to a panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the extraordinary beauty of the mountain landscape.

The floors below house the sleeping quarters, featuring three elegant bedrooms and two beautifully designed bathrooms that meet the highest standards of comfort. From each bedroom the balcony, offering unparalleled views of the Dolomites can be accessed. The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located on a dedicated floor and is embellished with a small private wardrobe. On the ground floor we can also find a day bathroom for guests.

The pearl of the house is the spacious spa area with a Finnish sauna and an ice-water pool. Additional highlights are the indoor cinema, a private elevator, three parking spaces in the garage, a ski/bike storage, a laundry room, a wardrobe room, a cellar, and the quiet location only 300 meters from the ski slopes, perfect for mountain and sports lovers.

This charming house is located at the foot of the world-famous Sasso Santa Croce in the mountain village of San Leonardo, also known as the birthplace of St. Joseph Frenademez.
The prime location stands out thanks to its tranquillity and proximity to the ski slpoes. The chalet is located in the village center, where you will find a grocery store, cozy bars and a sports and playground for children. A cultural highlight is the magnificent baroque church, which is considered a real gem of the village and is just a few steps away from the house.
In autumn, the traditional ”Leonardiritt” takes place in the village center, a true symbol of Ladin culture. During the ride in honor of Saint Leonard, the patron saint of horses, you can admire typical traditional costumes and beautifully decorated horses and carriages.
Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the varied hiking routes and first-class ski facilities. The La Crusc gondola (opening 2025) which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes and the ski slopes which are located just 300m from the chalet directly connect to the renowned Alta Badia ski area and the world-famous Sellaronda.
