Tierra De Artá

Colonia de Sant Pere is a small, low-density coastal settlement on the northeastern shore of Mallorca, sitting between the Badia d’Alcúdia and the protected landscape of the Parc Natural de la Península de Llevant. The village retains a genuinely unhurried character, with whitewashed houses, a modest seafront promenade, and clear water directly accessible from the shore. Its position within and adjacent to protected natural land has kept development tightly controlled, which preserves both the landscape and the long-term value of property here.

The village has a small marina, a handful of waterfront restaurants, and a local beach. The market town of Artà, with its weekly market, independent shops, and restaurants including the well-regarded Café Parisien, is approximately 8 kilometres inland. Colònia de Sant Pere is a short drive from the beaches of Canyamel and the coves around Cap Vermell.

Artà is reachable in around 10 minutes by car. Manacor, the main commercial centre of eastern Mallorca, is approximately 25 kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca and its international airport, which operates direct routes to most major European cities year-round, is roughly 75 kilometres by road, a journey of approximately one hour. There is no rail connection to this part of the island, so a car is essential.
