Cap D’antibes

Cap d’Antibes is one of the most consistently prestigious addresses on the French Riviera, a wooded peninsula extending into the Mediterranean between the Baie des Anges and the Baie de Cannes. The western side of the Cap is particularly sought after for its exposure to open sea views toward the Lérins Islands and the Estérel massif, its larger plots, and the relative quiet that comes from limited through traffic. The area has attracted private estates since the Belle Époque and retains a strongly residential, discreet character.

The village of Juan-les-Pins is a short drive from the western Cap, with its market, restaurants, and beach clubs along the Boulevard Guillaumont. Antibes old town, with the Marché Provençal and the restaurants around the Cours Masséna, is approximately ten minutes by car. The Eden-Roc hotel and its restaurant remain the social reference point on the peninsula itself.

Antibes-Juan-les-Pins train station connects to Nice in around 25 minutes and to Cannes in under 15 minutes by TER. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 20 kilometres from Cap d’Antibes, reachable in 25 to 35 minutes by car depending on traffic, with direct flights to most major European cities and intercontinental connections. The A8 motorway provides rapid access along the coast and toward Monaco.
