XVIII’ - T8, es un edificio histórico, que cuenta con una hermosa capilla privada, en honor a Santa Maria Maior, contigua, enriquecida por un majestuoso altar en madera dorada, que se encuentra en Trás-os-Montes, en el norte de Portugal, a poco más de 5 minutos del famoso balneario de Vidago, un lugar muy fuerte y predominantemente turístico y muy visitado, y también un lugar hermoso y apasionado. El área de construcción de la casa señorial es de 799,19 m2 y el área del terreno (área descubierta) identificada por el claustro interior es de 747 m2. Todo el complejo se encuentra en una situación habitable y, naturalmente, necesita algunos pequeños trabajos de conservación, como barnizar la carpintería exterior y pintar con luz, solo en una habitación de esta imponente casa señorial.

The whole complex is in a habitable situation, naturally needing some small conservation works, such as some varnishing to be applied to the exterior woodwork and light painting, only in one room of this imposing manor house.
