The hall leading to the four bedrooms has some exposed beams and two Velux windows. There are three double bedrooms and one single that is currently used as an office. There are two public houses, The Broom Tavern and the Broom Hall Inn as well as a vibrant village hall with a wide range of village events and classes. Further day-to- day amenities can be found in the larger village of Bidford-on-Avon which lies just over a mile to the south of Broom.
