The charming Mallorquin designed ”Luminous” is situated in a secluded location on a 17,000 m2 plot surrounded by Mediterranean landscape near Artà. The area, nestled in olive and almond trees, immediately provides a feeling of relaxation and recreation. From the spacious sun terrace you have a fantastic view of Artà; the centre of the terrace is the 10.5 x 4.5 m salt water infinity pool.

The interior of the 350 m2 house also leaves little to be desired. The interior is bright and friendly, the walls are painted white, and in combination with the Mediterranean terracotta floor tiles and the visible wooden beams on the ceiling, there is an authentic and harmonious ambience. The spacious house is divided into a main living unit and a separate flat, which is ideal for spending quality time with a small group of travellers or friends. The open, light-flooded living and dining area with fireplace and cosy sofa invites you to relax. You can dine at the massive wooden dining table with matching wooden benches. From here you have a direct view into the kitchen, which is equipped with all conceivable modern conveniences; from a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave to a fully automatic coffee machine, there is nothing missing here.

Those who are tired after a long day of holiday and are looking for peace and quiet will find it in one of the 3 nicely furnished bedrooms. The 3 high quality bathrooms, one of them en suite, are located on the upper level of the property.

If you are travelling with 8 people, there is a flat in the lower area with a separate entrance and another double bedroom as well as a private bathroom en suite.

The location of the finca is wonderful for exploring the east of the island: Starting with the nearby medieval town of Artà with sights and shopping opportunities. On Tuesday mornings, don’t miss the weekly market here. Shop to your heart’s content and watch the hustle and bustle over a café con leche in one of the many street cafés. The popular harbour town of Cala Ratjada is about a 10-minute drive away, where you can take a walk along the promenade and, depending on your mood, visit one of the numerous cafés, bars and restaurants. For the sporty ones, there are two golf courses in the direct vicinity, each of which can be reached in a few minutes by rental car. Palma, with its countless sights, and the airport are about an hour’s drive away.
