Villa T3 is located in Vilamoura, 4.2 km from Falésia Beach and 1.7 km from Vilamoura Marina.

This Villa includes a porch for dining, a private pool, and an excellent garden and on-site parking.

This villa on the upper floor has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms and on the ground floor there is a living and dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a barbecue and free WIFI.

Pets are not allowed.

In the months of October to May, the use of the pool may be conditioned.

. Equipment

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, blender and all the necessary equipment for meals.

This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday.

This villa provides towels and bed linen.

Tuition: + expenses (water, electricity, and internet)

Cleaning fee (mandatory) - €230 per stay

Security deposit

We request the payment of €2500 security deposit, this amount must be paid by bank transfer up to the 5th day before Check-In and will be returned by the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. At Check-In you will be asked and it will be essential to deliver proof of transfer of the security deposit. Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization, in which the absence of this may imply the cancellation of the reservation.
A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
