Villa Belaire

he beach Villa is a spectacular property in the urbanized La Joya just above Cala Llenya near San Carlos. It is situated in a unique location close to the Cala Llenya beach, on Ibiza’s east coast.

All bedrooms have A/C and some have televisions. The house can be heated by the A/C before and after season. The floor heating and the outdoor tiled fireplace heat the house during the winter. The fireplace room provides a space for cuddling by the fire.

Children equipment (crib, highchair) is of course available upon request. Small dogs are also welcome (if trained well ?). Please ask us.

At beach Cala Llenya there is a kiosk with gastronomy. Beach Cala Nova and its many restaurants are 10 minutes away by foot. During season, a small supermarket nearby opens for basic supply. More shopping opportunities, pubs and boutiques are in the San Carlos hippy area.

The owners prefer families rather than groups of friends.
