The condominium has a large golf course that runs throughout the region and can be used by all guests and includes several other sports activities such as tennis, water skiing, cycling, athletics and many others. The biodiversity preserved in the condominium is fantastic and a beautiful variety of animals native to the region can be found, mostly birds and small animals.

Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
