”Although the word timeless gets thrown around, very few cars genuinely stand the test of time aesthetically. This 1965 Superformance MKIII Cobra Replica is finished in black with silver stripes exterior and a black leather interior. The Cobra is powered by a 514 cubic inch stroker V8 mated to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission, that power is then delivered to a limited-slip rear differential.
The 514 cubic inch stroker motor was modified by Keith Craft Racing and is producing over 700 horsepower and 650 ft-lbs. of torque. On top of this motor is a 1000cfm Holley carburetor. This motor comes to a quick start as it rumbles through the side exhaust as only a Cobra can.
The black leather interior shows well with no areas of excessive wear and is highlighted by the leather dash panel with Smith gauges and a wood rimmed steering wheel.
The black paint shows very well with one small star fracture on the right rear upper quarter panel (as shown in photographs). The body of this Superformance features silver metallic stripes, a hood scoop, and Monza-style fuel filler.
Originally built in the early 2000’s the original odometer on this Cobra failed in 2021 indicating 1762 miles, the replacement is now showing 4090 miles. This Superformance MKIII Cobra Replica is currently titled in Massachusetts as a 1965 SPME Cobra.
