Conversion Short Description:
- Wheelbase extension +50 cm
- Limousine design with 3D scanning and CATIA V modelling according to OEM standards
- Separation at the B-pillar, installation of a second B-pillar left/right
- Manufacturing and integration of the 50 cm centre body segment with middle doors
- Body design for the extended limousine (outer panel adaptation)
- 50 cm extended, single-piece stamped roof panel (panoramic roof omitted)
- Adjustment of the extended braking system and driveshaft
- Adjustment of fuel lines, wiring harnesses and electrical systems
- Adjustment of the OEM air-conditioning and heating system
- Installation of new exterior panels, side sills and windows for the middle doors
- Adjustment of the interior and headliner to the new extended design
- Priming and painting of roof, doors, roof frame, pillars + side sections
- Corrosion protection, cavity sealing, KTL centre section left/right and BPL rear door left/right

> Optional upon request: Installation of a partition wall with lowerable or fixed glass, additional seats, and further individual options such as an electrically operated parade sliding roof and rear compartment serving table, Hi-Fi sound system and TV monitor up to 26“.
