Restored from the ground up, body off work started by straightening body panels and massaging the fit far beyond production line standards. Bright Red and White two-tone basecoat clearcoat paint was applied and polished, then accented with a black pinstripe and chrome molding. And a sleek aluminum, wood-look insert finishes the bed floor. The body was then lowered over premium, 22 inch Avant Garde aluminum wheels.

Under the hood, the powerplant has been well upgraded with the installation of a 6.2L LT1 V8 fitted with electronic fuel injection and dressed in custom coil covers. This modern LT1 engine coupled to an 8 speed automatic overdrive transmission easily brings the driving experience to 21st century expectations.

Step inside the cabin, and you’re greeted with stylish red and black houndstooth covering custom door panels and seating surfaces. A plush, cloth upholstered bench seat positions you behind a fully restored dashboard updated with Dakota Digital VHX gauges and a powerful Kenwood stereo with custom enclosed subwoofer. Creature comforts include power windows, tilting steering column, power steering, large Wilwood power four-wheel disc brakes, and air conditioning.

Beyond its utilitarian nature, the short n wide 1987 Chevrolet C10 screams Americana and is sure to stir conversation at every stop.
