It features a healthy 400 paired with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission with a Hurst shifter. The rear end has been freshly rebuilt with a new 3.57 gear. The engine was recently resealed and a new oil pump and flexplate were installed. Recent upgrades include; 7:1 high performance steering box, new retro Bluetooth radio, new speakers, new smoothie wheels with Michelin tires, new custom dual exhaust, new chrome power booster and master cylinder, new alternator, new wooden Chevy steering wheel, and disc/drum brakes. The second-generation C/K was introduced for the 1967 model year. Designated the ”Action Line” generation by General Motors, the C/K largely carried over its drop-center ladder frame and its coil-sprung rear axle, but the body was redesigned from the ground up to improve its capability as a multi-purpose vehicle. Alongside a utilitarian vehicle intended for work or farm use, the C/K was also offered with optional features carried over from Chevrolet sedans, including automatic transmissions, AM/FM radio, carpet, and two-tone paint.
