This beast of a truck was built by a retired man who is known for putting these trucks together as a hobby. He has built a number of these and this one is spectacular. It rides on a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 chassis and is powered by the 2016 truck’s 5.3L V8 motor and 6-speed automatic transmission. The front cab is from a 1960 Chevy, the rear cab was beautifully welded on, with the roof being from a Chevrolet Suburban of the era, and from the firewall down is all from the 2016 truck. Since the suspension, drivetrain, brakes, steering, and everything else essential to driving is off of a 2016 truck with under 42k miles on it, this vehicle drives amazingly well.

The exterior is finished in a beautiful burgundy paint with gray painted grille and bumpers. The 2016 truck’s door handles even made it onto the exterior of the final result which adds an almost unnoticeable touch of modernity to the exterior. Upon opening the doors you are instantly greeted with a top of the line 2016 Silverado LTZ interior. The black leather is in spectacular condition and all features work as they should with the exception of the remote start. A short list of some highlights include; heated/ventilated power front seats, touchscreen infotainment system with phone connectivity, a premium audio system, automatic climate control with air conditioning that blows frigid cold, back up camera, and so much more. The power locks work as they should as do the front power windows. Unfortunately the rear windows do not go down, but the rear bench seat is in fantastic condition as one would expect from this quality build.

During the build, all new sheet metal was purchased from LMC Truck and the only thing that remained from the old parts was the skeleton of the cab. New panels include hood, fenders, and bed.
