This Restomod is a really cool build with a lot of investment in modern technology’s advantages. It’s powered by a 1990 Chevy Camaro 350ci V8 engine paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission. It also features a Kenwood CD player/radio (with remote and aux input), power 4-wheel disc brakes, American Racing wheels, 2:73 gears, ’90 Camaro rear end, Chassis Engineering front end, new wood lined bed, new updated leather seats, and more. The Advance Design trucks rolled out by GM were radically different in 1947 than pre-WWII pickups. Before this time, pickups produced were essentially glued on flat beds to whatever was produced. GM made a truck that was designed for more than just having a place to put stuff. It was a full on new version of automobile and sales took off.
