The Rolex Yacht-Master II is a high-performance regatta chronograph designed specifically for professional sailors and yachting enthusiasts.

Crafted in Oystersteel the case measures 44 mm in diameter with a thickness of 14 mm. It features a Ring Command bezel that can be rotated bidirectionally by 90 degrees, and it represents a significant achievement in watchmaking technology because it allows the wearer to synchronise and set the countdown with the watch’s movement. The bezel has a nautical blue ceramic insert with a matte finish and gnarled edges that make it easy to turn. The highly legible white dial features a triangular hour marker at 12 o’clock, and a rectangular hour marker at 6 o’clock, the luminescent disc on the hour hand clearly distinguishes it from the minute hand. The small seconds subdial is located at 6 o’clock and a 10-minute countdown subdial is at 3 o’clock. Protected by a a screw-down case back and winding crown with Triplock triple waterproofness system all attributing to the impressive 100 meter water resistance. Paired with a Rolex oyster bracelet with flat three-piece links in Oystersteel and secured with a folding oysterlock safety clasp.

The power behind the Yacht-Master II is the Rolex Calibre 4161 automatic movement with a 72-hour power reserve and functions that include centre hour, minute and seconds hands, a programmable countdown, and stop-seconds for precise time setting.
