The black Cerachrom bezel is crafted from solid yellow gold with a ceramic insert making it highly visible and hard wearing, with bi-directional rotatable capabilities the bezel works alongside the GMT hand of the watch. The dial is black with a glossy finish and is accented with luminous hour markers, and hour, minute, and seconds hand. The GMT hand is in metallic green and the date display features green numerals on a highly visible white background. Paired with a flat 3-piece link Oyster bracelet and secured with a folding Oysterlock safety clasp.

Powered by the 3186 Manufacture Rolex Calibre with selfwinding movement its functions include conventional hour, minute and seconds, a 24-hour hand to display a second time zone with independent rapid-setting of the hour hand, instantaneous date, stop-seconds for precise time setting and a power reserve of up to 70 hours. It is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire with a cyclops lens over the date, a solid case back and a screw down crown making it durable and resistant to water damage up to 100 meters.
