The rotating bezel of the GMT-Master II is set with triangular cut and tapered baguette-cut diamonds, approximately 3.0 ct in total combined weight, VS/SI in clarity, and F/G in colour. The dial is set with round cut diamonds, approximately 1.0 ct in total combined weight, VS in Clarity, and F/G in colour, contrasting beautifully against the diamond backdrop are luminous black metallic hour, minute, and seconds hands. The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire with a cyclops lens over the date. Paired with a flat 3-piece link diamond set Oyster bracelet and secured with a diamond-set folding Oysterlock safety clasp. The watch weighs 149.48 grams.

Powered by the selfwinding Calibre 3186, GMT function movement with an approximate 48-hour power reserve. Its functions include centre hour, minute and seconds hands, 24-hour display, second-time zone with independent rapid-setting of the hour hand, instantaneous date, and stop-seconds for precise time setting.
