Please study all the pictures and ask all the questions before you intend to buy. We always try to choose the best of the best, but we do trade used watches, so even if refreshed and close to the new ones, there might be some micro-signs of use so this is always better to ask or ask for detailed pictures which we’re happy to send through the WhatsApp for instance.
Please read carefully. WE DON’T GUARANTEE WATER RESISTANCY on our Watches as we mostly sell used watches . We do have a professional pressure test machine though and for all the MODERN WATCHES we will attach a print out of the test (we run 2 tests with the results “TEST 1 OKAY” and “TEST 2 OKAY”). But still as some customers forget to push the crown back in, or forget to screw the crown back in, or open the backcase to see the movement and they don’t have it professionally sealed HENCE we DON’T GUARANTEE THE WATER RESISTANCY, even though the outcome of the test is OK.
As of the Marriage and Vintage Watches we DO NOT run the pressure test because of the obvious reasons.
ABOUT US: We have been in the Watch trading business for about 15 years. We do run a professional watchmaker’s shop too taking care mostly of our watches. Thanks to our huge passion for watches we was gaining our experience about the watches much earlier than that. We have been a Trusted Seller on Chrono24 since 2013. We are also a Watch Trader Association’s Member with a License No. 2536.
Bank wire transfer accepted to our company Bank Account or Chrono Trusted Checkout. We send the watch straight away after the money has reached our account.
WARRANTY (applies to the Buyers within EU only):
We offer 6 months warranty service and a 14 days return policy in case the item is not as described on the sales WITHIN EU ONLY.
For Buyers FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EU we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS and we CANNOT OFFER WARRANTY. The simple reason is it is always a lot of hassle and problems with the Polish Custom Office if goods are being sent to us from outside of the EU. It does take weeks to explain and prove this is a return and our own watch or a warranty process issue. Hence we wish to avoid all this hassle at all costs.
Please contact us for more information as it all depends on the country you live in. In most of the cases we use the DPD, EMS or DHL (the last one is the more expensive service). All is always tested before shipping, packed very well, insured and sent with a tracking number.
