The dial of the Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36 boasts an elegant design with hour markers in 18K gold adorned with 32 diamonds, as well as Roman VI and IX markers in 18K gold embellished with 24 diamonds. A stand-out feature of this timepiece is its use of Eisenkiesel, a decorative stone with unique quartz veins and a deep brown hue. Rolex introduced this stone in 2021 and carefully selects only the best discs to enhance the watch’s appearance. The dials are made from raw Eisenkiesel blocks, resulting in each watch being one-of-a-kind.

Apertures are located at the 12 and 3 o’clock positions indicating the day of the week and the date. The dial is enhanced by a dazzling diamond set bezel. A sapphire crystal, resistant to scratches, shields the dial, while a Cyclops lens magnifies the date. Additionally, the watch boasts a screw-down case back, a winding crown with Twinlock double waterproofness system, and 100 meters water resistance. Paired with a President bracelet in 18K Everose Gold and secured with a concealed folding Crownclasp.

Powered by the Calibre 3235 Manufacture Rolex it offers functions that include centre hour, minute, and seconds hands, instantaneous date with rapid setting, stop-seconds for precise time setting, and a power reserve of up to 70 hours.
