The Richard Mille RM 35-02 was the first automatic watch in the Rafael Nadal Collection. Featuring a tripartite tonneau-shaped case that measures 44.5 mm x 49.94 mm x 13.15 mm in thickness. Crafted in red quartz TPT a resin-infused material that is specially developed for Richard Mille. The red quartz of the RM 35-02 surface displays extremely regular undulations, as they are composed of multiple layers of parallel filaments obtained by dividing carbon fibre or silica threads. The transparent sapphire crystal is treated with anti-reflective treatment on both sides for easy legibility. The skeletonised dial features lumed dot hour markers and hour and minute hands with luminescence on the tips. Paired with a red rubber strap and secured with a double-folding clasp.

The RM 35-02 runs on the Calibre RMAL1 a skeletonised movement with baseplate and bridges made from Grade 5 titanium to ensure maximum rigidity and durability. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds and a power reserve of 55 hours. It has a water resistance of up to 50 meters (164 feet).
