The Richard Mille RM 38-01 G-Sensor Tourbillon in white quartz is a limited edition timepiece to just 50 pieces. A highly sophisticated timepiece that is the result of the collaboration between Richard Mille and professional golfer Bubba Watson.

Featuring a tonneau-shaped case that measures 42.70 mm x 49.94 mm and 16.15 mm in thickness, it is made up of three parts, with the front and back cover crafted from white quartz TPT and the middle case in Grade 5 titanium with a white rubber coating for added protection, despite being lightweight these materials are very robust and durable.

The movement’s design is noteworthy, with its emphasis on air and form. The skeletonized bridges and plates allow the movement’s intricate internal workings to be visible, creating a sense of depth and dimensionality. This, combined with the movement’s asymmetrical design, results in a visually striking and dynamic appearance.

Paired with a white vulcanised rubber strap that is secured with a double sided folding clasp in titanium. Offering a water resistance of up to 50 meters.

The manual winding Tourbillon G-Sensor movement is referenced as the Calibre RM38-01 and it is this system is designed to register the amount of G-forces created by the golfer during his swing and records this on the dial at twelve o’clock. The tourbillon movement offers hours, minutes, and G-force indicator and a power reserve of 48 hours when fully wound.
