This is the Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Retrograde watch, reference number 5059R. This reference number came out in 1998 and was discontinued in 2006.
The watch comes with an 18K rose gold case that is presented on a black leather strap, secured on the wrist with a deployment clasp. The case measures 36 mm in diameter and its transparent case back is protected by a hinged dust cover. The white dial with Roman numerals features the following functions: central hours, minutes and seconds, and perpetual calendar with day, retrograde date, month, leap year, and moon phase indications. The watch is equipped with the 315/136 movement that contains 31 jewels and works at a frequency of 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour). The movement is wound automatically and builds up power reserve of 48 hours.
