The Omega Speedmaster Tintin Moonwatch Chronograph 42 mm, reference number 318.104.22.168.01.004, is a member of the “Speedmaster” collection. Having been a part of all six lunar missions, the OMEGA Speedmaster has an iconic status in the watch world.
This watch is a celebration of the fictional character, Tintin, from "Destination Moon (The Adventures of Tintin)." His distinctive red and white checkered rocket inspired the red and white checkered color scheme found on the dial.
The watch comes with a stainless steel case that boasts a bezel with tachymeter scale. The case measures 42 mm in diameter and is presented on a stainless steel bracelet. This model is equipped with the famous Omega 1861 chronograph movement – a descendent of the caliber that was worn on the Moon. The movement is manually wound and builds up power reserve of 48 hours. The black dial features central hours and minutes, small seconds, and chronograph. The watch is water-resistant to 50 meters.
