You won’t find more of a period piece wristwatch than this imaginative and exotic Longines from the 1970s. Its 18k gold case is unpolished. The vertical sides of the case have coral inlays while the horizontal sides have onyx.
This fascinating octagonal case is 36mm wide by 6.6mm thin. Sapphire crystal. Crown is protected underneath the case in its traditional position at 3 o’clock.
The bracelet is integral to the case and is fantastic. It’s a so-called Rouleaux style bracelet with onyx on top of every other link. This bracelet style is also known as a Bullet bracelet. Longines logo clasp. Watch will fit up to a 7.5 inch wrist.
Dial is onyx with a ring of Longines set diamonds, interrupted only in the four cardinal dial positions. Golden dauphine hands as well.
Movement is a 17 jewel Longines signed manual winding caliber, which is clean and winding and running smoothly.
