Up for sale is a Longines-Wittnauer Weems Stainless 47mm Steel Second Setting Pilots Wristwatch with Extract c. 1940. Signed, round, stainless steel case no. 20853-296 measures 47mm and features a hinged case-back, dust cover, and 2 crowns – one for winding and setting time at the 3 o’clock position and the other for setting the hour angle at the 4 o’clock position. Signed, white dial with black Arabic numerals, blues steel Breguet hands, center seconds hand, black outer minute track, and inner rotating silvered dial for seconds. Brown band with silver buckle. Signed mechanical movement no. 5941864 with 15 jewels. Signed case, dial, movement. Comes with Longines Extract from the Archives. In very good vintage condition.
