RCAF service time piece was worn by a proud Aircrew person, this is a very interesting project that Breitling participated on, and the RCAF was the recipient of so many of these fabulous time pieces for use in Military ops and training exercises, the dials and hands on all of these were generic and bore very simple tritium content on the dials. Due to the constant dangers whilst facing the live radium content on the dials, most of these fabulous Breitling single pusher time pieces had to be incinerated.
The single pusher chronograph watch represented a fascinating time in the history of the Canadian Armed Forces, especially this excellent Breitling single pusher chronograph watch - it was worn by a member of aircrew for his lifetime of service.
