The case measures 41 mm in diameter and 12.4 mm in thickness and is crafted in stainless steel with both satin brushed and highly polished finishes. Contrasting beautifully against the steel case is the khaki green ”Grande Tapisserie” dial with white gold applied hour-markers, and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating, matching khaki chronograph subdials located at 3,6 and 9 o’clock and a date display located between 4 and 5 position. The case is protected by a scratch-resistant and glare proof sapphire crystal and caseback, ensuring excellent visibility and durability. Paired with a stainless steel bracelet and secured with an AP folding clasp. Water resistant up to 50 meters.

Powered by a chronograph movement, known as the 4401 Calibre notable for being a flyback chronograph, meaning the elapsed indicators can be restarted while running without having to stop and reset. Other functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, date functions and a power reserve of up to 70 hours. This intricate movement is visible via the sapphire crystal caseback where the exclusive 50th year anniversary rotor can be viewed.
