This two-level solution on the first floor is part of a 90s renovation that brought to light the majesty and imposing and decisive forms of an Austro-Hungarian barrack.
The large interior spaces characterize the property and we live them in the large kitchen with fireplace and in the two bright living areas embellished by the direct view over the river Adige.
Each member of the family will have the right privacy and space thanks to the large four bedrooms and the four bathrooms, arranged on the two levels of the property.
The pleasant windows on the Adige offer enchanting views of the river and Castelvecchio giving an intimate and calming atmosphere.
The three garages in the basement are an added value: leaving the car safe and reaching the center of Verona with a very short walk on the Rigaste is definitely an invaluable plus.

The name of this picturesque neighborhood comes from the eighth bishop of Verona, who was buried there probably in 380, san Zeno is now patron of the city. This area remained outside the city walls for about a thousand years until 1300, it was traditionally considered as a particular village and its inhabitants are recognized the prerogative to preserve the true spirit of the city of Verona.
This spirit of attachment to the neighborhood is still felt today thanks to events that make San Zeno quite special compared to the rest of the city.
The basilica with its majestic square is the centerpiece of the district, here take place all the main events, such as the famous monthly antique market and the historic carnival festival of "venerdì gnocolar".
