The Villa

This exquisite contemporary villa in Valle del Este was built in 2020. It was designed by the owner, a fashion photographer, and a talented, local architect. The amount of detail in the design, finishes and the subtle LED lighting is breathtaking. The perimeter wall has accurately implanted, angled openings that announce an exceptional property. You enter the property via an automatic entry gate with separate door.

A footpath leads to the security front door to the entrance hall with staircase to the first floor.
In front is a decorative glass entrance to the living area with black metal joinery. The open plan living area has striking floor to ceiling sliding doors with anthracite grey aluminum framing. There is a delicious bespoke kitchen with island and sunny dining area. Slightly separated from the kitchen and dining area is a cosy snug room with contrasting black wall. The environment is very special. There are sandy beaches, bays, rocky mountains, the desert, the Cabo de Gato nature reserve and idyllic fishing villages. Its location is very well connected. Both the A-7, as the AP7 Motorway are within minutes of the resort. Almeria airport is only 40 minutes away via the A-7 Motorway.
Murcia International airport in Corvera is one hour and twenty minutes via the AP-7 tollroad or one hour and thirty minutes via the A-7 Motorway. Alicante airport is one hour and 50 minutes via the A-7 Motorway. Malaga Airport is a little over two and a half hours, also via the A-7 Motorway.
