The origin of Castelmuzio dates back to the Etruscan and Roman; testimony of ancient civilizations is the presence in the property of two Etruscan tombs carved into the rock.

Entering to the building with access from the square, there is the wood-burning oven and near the old well-cistern. Adjacent to the main building is a partially renovated outbuilding that could be used as a dwelling of a guardian.
The ceilings are presented with original wooden beams and bricks with terracotta floors crafts (wood-burning furnace) . A few meters from the house there is a swimming pool 6x12 meters large, covered in mosaic of Bisazza and edge travertine ashlar.
