Geographic position Borgo del Priore is situated in a panoramic, hilly location, on a little hill between Todi and Montecastello di Vibio (both around 6 km away) which can be seen in the distance.
The nearest town, for daily amenities and purchases, is just 4 km away (5 minutes’ drive) and, thanks to the junction with the E45 motorway (also 4 km away), you can get to Perugia (40 km) and its airport (44 km) in around half an hour.
The motorway also makes it fast and easy to get to Rome (132 km - an hour and a half’s drive) and Florence (168 km - 2 hours) and their airports: Rome Ciampino (149 km) and Rome Fiumicino (168 km) are an hour and three quarters away and Florence airport (202 km) is a little over two hours.
Description of buildings The main complex, built around a central courtyard with a well in the middle, comprises the church and a number of buildings around it, which originally housed the main residence and agricultural buildings.
The complex measures around 740 sq.m in total, mainly on the ground and first floors, with a smaller part on the second floor.
Close by, there are a further three buildings, used as stables, storehouses etc. also requiring restoration: Building 1 - measures around 150 sq.m in total, with two floors; Building 2 - measures around 59 sq.m in total; Building 3 - measures around 19 sq.m in total.
TOWN PLANNING AND POTENTIAL Todi’s town planning includes the possibility to recover additional 450 m2 for residential use, besides the surface of the original convent, using existing volumes to be demolished and renovated.

The church was probably one of the very first Christian buildings in the area, and would have been incredibly important, up until it became the Priory church in the 13th century.
The village was originally built with a clearly defensive purpose, and outdoor activity would have been limited. Over the years, the medieval tower lost its defensive features and was extended and surrounded by annexes, which likely date from different periods.
