The cottage contains a hallway/kitchen, living room with fireplace and sliding doors to terrace and patio, hallway, three bedrooms, bathroom with showercabinet and toilet room with biological toilet.
The cabin has pine floors, panelled walls and panelled ceilings. The cottage is founded on pillars. Walls and floor construction over pillars are of wood. The outer walls are clad with standing cladding. The roof is covered with concrete roof tiles.
The cottage was expanded and modernized in the mid-1990s. Roofing, gutter/fittings, windows and large parts of the cladding are from this period. Other parts of the building are from the construction year.
The island is relatively flat, slightly sloping down towards the pier. At the pier is a beautiful sandy beach.
