The beautiful classic manor house in Art Nouveau style situated in the charming surroundings, near the Ślęża Mountain close to Sobótka, district of Wrocław.
Manor was elaborately decorated with attention to every detail with great potential and a beautiful remarkable architecture. Villa has 10 separate rooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious dining room, a TV room and a lounge with fireplace. In the spacious garden there is built an independent garage with a living and recreation area. The villa was built in the second half of the nineteenth century. It is a two-storey building with a residential attic. It has a corner tower, terraces and loggia. It was topped with a mansard roof with dormers.
The villa is surrounded by a wall with a carefully restored ornate iron gate. On its façade in a blue colour are commemorated the dates of last renovations: 1899-2002.
Until 1945 it was owned by the family von Becker.
