Description of buildings
With two floors above ground and one below, Casale Silene is built from two separate units which have been carefully joined, in spite of their different exteriors, in traditional brick and plaster.
Having undergone total restoration which was completed in 2005, the house comprises the basement floor (approximately 106 sq.m in total) with a large multipurpose space, ideal as a games room, and a large cellar/storeroom.
The ground floor hosts an ample entrance, the large living room of around 60 sq.m with fireplace, the kitchen, a living room, a guest bathroom for the floor and a double bedroom with private bathroom for potential staff.
An open staircase leads to the first floor where there is a central sitting room, on two staggered levels and with large French windows which open onto the terraces, and which acts as a connection point for access to the 5 bedrooms and the 4 bathrooms.

State and finishing
Casale Silene, which was completely rebuilt in 2005, still has the charming architectural characteristics typical of Le Marche, with part of the external walls in original brick and the roof covering in antique tiles.
Inside, there are pretty brick floors, ancient doors which have been carefully restored with shaped solid wood cornicing and bathrooms with plank supported sinks.
The ceilings, which have also been rebuilt, feature beams and tiles or beams and planks, to retain the charm of a grand country house.

External areas
A long lane flanked by flowering hedgerows leads to the villa, which is surrounded by around 7,000 sq.m of grounds with lawn, ancient trees and various local plants, all with walkways and tuff steps.
The large pool with hydrotherapy corner is a few metres from the villa, while a little further away there is a basketball court which could be converted into a tennis court.
