The villa was completed to ist current state around 1800. Evidence of this can be seen in the masonry facade with, much more typical oft he Sienese area than the Florentine. 
The complex is made up of three apartments and a mezzanine floor, spread out over various levels and each equipped with their own independent entrance. 
The main apartment of around 200 m2 is made up of a large living rom with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. The floor below  can be accesed through a doorway that faces the gravel courtyard and a large, arched window facing the garden. The rooms here are made up of a study/bedroom, a lfurther living area and a laundry room with bathroom. 
All the rooms have beamed ceilings and exposed walnut planks with natural protective treatment or painted white. 
The NORTH side grants access to the apartment on the ground floor made up of a living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. 
Climbing a further stairway, one arrives in the third, much older apartment. This apartment consists of a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette. 
On the SOUTH side the building opens onto a garden with a roses, a gazebo shaded by elms, mulberries, olives and acacias, and the north side of the building is flanked by a rose garden that slopes down towards the gravel parking. 
This building is located in a village made up of predominantly green areas, separated by walls and fences.
