Location
Torrino, where the property is located, is part of the municipality of Arezzo, Tuscany. It is a small hamlet that is only 9 km from the historical centre of the city. The town offers countless works of art and museums. In fact, in Arezzo there are the frescoes by Piero della Francesca, the Loggiato di Piazza Grande designed by Giorgio Vasari where the historical re-enactment of the Giostra del Saracino takes place in June and September. 30 km to the south is Cortona. Going north we find the Casentino valley, rich in Romanesque churches and imposing castles surrounded by oak and chestnut woods. The nearest airports, Florence and Bologna, are 75 km and 180 km away respectively.

(former railway tollbooth of the Arezzo-Sansepolcro-Fossato di Vico line) and an outbuilding of the main villa (two floors), which develops for about 160 square meters. The main villa, in terms of construction, dates back to the '30s while the other buildings date back to the '80s.
