As we exit the main road connecting Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia and drive deeper into the woods, we arrive at a gate which opens to reveal this beautiful house which is brimming with Ibiza character, having been restored by the current owners. This is an inviting, hidden finca in the middle of the forest, close to Santa Eulalia town and beach, but far enough away to feel like an oasis of nature and birdsong.
We leave the car in the convinient parking area and see an open garden surrounding the house with a beautiful turquoise swimming pool to the front, areas with lawn and plenty of terrace, porch and pergola space for shaded outdoor dining, sunbathing and relaxation.
As we step in through the main entrance door right from the parking area, we have an open view of a spacious living room. On the left hand side we find the stairs that lead to 3 bedrooms upstairs.
Remaining on the ground floor we find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the right, both bedrooms with access to the terrace. On the left side we have a spacious open kitchen and next to it the dining room area with a comfortable big table next to a huge window so the green forest can be admired while dining.
On the first level of the property, on the left side we have 1 ensuite bedroom with access to the rooftop terrace. On the right side we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From one of these bedrooms there is access to the rooftop terrace as well.
This gem of a property is surrounded by nature and has generous size terraces for creating the perfect chill out and barbecue area in summer to enjoy with friends. What's more it has a rain water collection tank.
This house is ideal for a family with children as it is totally protected from noise and traffic and very close to Santa Eulalia beach and town centre.
