La Estancia comprises the main house, two guest houses, a barn, corridor, cattle pen, lakes and an important irrigation system; all in excellent condition. This property has the perfect balance between profitable production and the enjoyment of rural life. 

The traditional main house, and the two guest houses, form"u" shape with a garden and a water fountain in the middle. Even tough the main house dates from 1800, it has been recently rebuilt and adjusted to the comforts of modern life, keeping its traditional rural identity.

The house with a central hall, it is built symmetrically. Exquisite and traditional decoration and the impeccable condition stand out.  From the entrance hall to the right, a very large double living room with fireplace, from the living room you access the large dining room also with fireplace, with a spectacular dining set and Venetian chairs. The amplitude and natural light in every room stand out. Attached to the dining room is the typical fully equipped country kitchen with pantry. Towards the other side of the entrance hall, there is a desk and a reception toilet. The other view of the house is towards a small garden with a pond with a fountain. On both sides, there are two symmetrical constructions that are the legs of the "u", these are guesthouses. Both have a living room, two bedrooms, one en-suite and the other with a bathroom. It also has a small kitchen but perfect for the size of the houses that give total independence from the main house. The main hull next to the guest houses has the latest generation technology, underfloor heating, gas heating and Wi-Fi. In addition, in the external area of the house, facing the field there is a large barbecue area with kitchen with pantry, barbecue, bar, dining table for 14 people, two bathrooms for men and women, sauna and a very large living room with a reading room or game room. With a 50 ha park of with lovely walks, cisterns and many more exquisite decks. At the moment a farming exploitation of the property is carried out, where in addition to maximizing its profitability, the sustainability is privileged and its natural resources are protected, which turns it into a reserve of fertile, well treated and highly productive soils. The warehouse of 1,800 square meters with the office, the fuel tanks, the house of the manager and his shed have been built to new and is less than ten years old.
