The property is located in Cap Martin, just steps away from Monaco and its bustling activity, and is one of the most prestigious sites on the entire Riviera.

The peninsula of Cap Martin hosts several legendary properties, mostly grouped on its mineral heights that overlook the Mediterranean Sea, offering breathtaking views of the Principality.

Its geographical location combined with its mild climate have long attracted people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, fascinated by the natural beauty of the site and its strategic advantages.

The topography of the place quickly captured the hearts of artists and great men of all kinds, all enchanted by this marvelous scenery where the talent of the greatest architects meets to create a unique real estate universe in the world.

The architect Tersling designed the villa, dominated by a turret overlooking the sea, which he named in honor of his wife Cynthia.

The residence was often rented out by its owner to prestigious guests such as Joseph Pulitzer, patron of the New York World and a great habitué of the Riviera. Prince Henry de Pless, the fifteenth sovereign of the Principality of Pless in Silesia and former secretary of the German embassy in London, also stayed there for several seasons, often accompanied on his vacations by his sister, the Duchess of Westminster.

In 1912, the villa was purchased by Ernesta Stern, owner of the adjacent Torre Clementina. In the early 1930s, the villa was acquired by Countess Nadège de Louvencourt, who kept it until World War II before it was divided into apartments in the 1970s.
