Agricultural activities consisted mainly of producing high quality oil - between 6,000 and 9,000 liters per year - and wine. The newly planted vines produce about 30,000 bottles of quality wines, for a total of four red wine labels.

The white vines are: Greco, Malvasia del Lazio, Pecorino and Manzoni cross.

The red grape varieties are: Sangiovese, Cesanese and Montepulciano The rosé variety comes from Montepulciano grapes transformed into white. The products are the result of organic farming. The summer also includes a mill, a cellar with steel tanks, four tractors and harvesting machines.
