STATE AND FINISHES
The Palace presents the architectural and stylistic features highlighted during the important restoration and consolidation work carried out in the 1920s.
The "guided cross windows" that stand out on the main façade, as well as the upper double windows and the arches with columns and capitals in the loggia, have been brought to light reintegrating the original elements and fragments. An analogue restoration criterion was implemented in the East corner porch.
The building faces spectacular and seductive views, featuring palaces and churches, restaurants, shops, leisure activities and fun outdoor activities such as cinemas and canoeing centers on the Tiber.
The Palace is the "top price" for its history, with its great architectural and artistic advantages, for its ideal location, as well as being attested near the historic center and the Vatican City.
The peculiar feature of Palazzo Mattei is the multiple possibility of combining residential functions with those of representation, which are expressed at the highest levels.
