This charmingly restored country manor with pool and view is located near the quaint and charming hill town of Volpaia, and enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards as well as a spectacular infinity pool. The manor was originally built in 1790, and the house maintains the traditional features of rural Tuscan country homes and farmhouses. The house measures approximately 360 sqm net and includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two large living rooms as well as a traditional rustic kitchen and a formal dining room and an underground cellar for wineaging and cernservation of olive oil.
There is also an agricultural outbuilding yet to rebuild, which can be expanded and restored into a 100 sqm guesthouse.
