The holiday homes
The buildings has modern architecture and was designed by the architectural firm Stein Halvorsen AS. Emphasis has been placed on good material selections and a high standard.

Each holiday home is spacious and has 4, with the added possibility of 5 or even 6 bedrooms.
A fully equipped and modern kitchen with integrated appliances. Bathroom on the ground floor with separate laundry area and a twin shower.
There is single-strip parquet throughout the home with underfloor heating on the ground floor.
With large floor-to-ceiling windows, emphasis was placed on the living room having the best possible view and optimized natural lighting.
From the living room/dining room out to the terrace there is a folding door with a width of 4 meters. Pulled to the side, the feeling of sitting outside but still under cover protected from rain and cool evenings is created.

Emphasis was also placed on there being a great area for children and grandchildren on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub as well as a shower.

Each holiday home has been prepared for installation of a heat pump in the staircase between the ground floor and first floor.

LED lights in the stairs to the second floor provide an exclusive and pleasant access to the second floor.
