The Resort has a current (as of January 2018) Liquor License, which must be renewed annually.Being midway up the Placencia peninsula, we have a more remote feel to the Resort. However, new development continues moving our way. Increasingly, we see more people staying at the Resort that are building homes in the area and new commercial properties (e.g., grocery store, furniture store, bowling alley) are now in the Maya Beach area.Access to the property is by way of a feeder road from the southern highway, which leads to Placencia Village. The site improvements include a sand surface parking, footpaths to and from the cabanas, outdoor light and security lights, and landscaping. There are underground electrical, septic and gas lines. An ideal opportunity for one to own their own piece of Paradise here on the Placencia Peninsula in Belize!“You only live once”.
