The ceiling beams made of noble wood provided from southern Chile along with others that were obtained from demolitions and the Bolivian wood floor make this space a charming place. The large dining room with attractive design and beautiful view has access to a fantastic terrace with a summer dining room, roofed barbecue area and pool with deck made of wood and stone. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a pantry, cellar and laundry room. On the same floor there is a large bedroom suite, the staff quarter with full bathroom and a guest bathroom. On the second floor, which is accessed by a wonderful staircase built with old railway ties, there is a cozy living room and the master bedroom. The bedroom suite, with walk in closet and a large bathroom, has plenty of light and a wonderful view. The floor is made of Laurel wood obtained by refloating a boat submerged for a hundred years in a lake in the south of the country. From the terrace of the bedroom is accessed through an outside staircase to the garden and the bridge leading to the Guest House, which is built with noble woods, Oregon Pine, Oak and Ulmo Marine Plate used in the paneling.
On the first floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one area.
Two bedrooms with privileged views, two bathrooms and a terrace are located on the second floor.
Both houses have: Wood window frames and double panel windows. Own drinking water system and reserve tank with the capacity for 25,000 liters. Hot water and heating provided by a boiler fueled by wood pellets. Backup heater. Automatic sprinkler.
