The building, called "Casa del Vicario", is a late fifteenth-century building of irregular plan, consisting of 4 floors above ground and completely renovated in the common areas. The total area is about 520 square meters, about 150 square meters per floor, excluding the basement of about 70 square meters. Internally the apartments are to be completed; a series of frescoes, depicting battles and ancient weapons, adorn the upper part of the four walls of the hall on the first floor. Three gates at the base of the building have lowered arches; the fourth has a pointed arch and is in common with the owners of the adjacent buildings. All the arches have been completely rebuilt. The size of the windows decreases on each floor; the façade on via Trento has two windows on the first floor and two wooden balconies on the following floors. A rooftop terrace, facing the buildings and inner courtyards of the block and not visible from the street, offers a striking view over the historic center of Pinerolo.
