The Quinta consists of:

- habitable house;
- Warehouse with storage capacity for agricultural machinery and garage;
- Traditional kitchen with fireplace;
- Mechanized cellar, with automated grape crushing and several stainless steel vats, bottling section, packaging and office;
- Various agricultural machines;
- Service vehicles.


Mechanized vineyard, in terraces, with vineyard register with the following letters of Benefit B, C, D.
Within the property are varieties of Malvasia fino and Malvigata, Touriga Roriz.
Approximate production of 200 barrels of wine.
Olive oil with its own brand, with a production of around 1500 liters.
