Many of the materials that have been used in the construction are indicative of the attention and detailed thought that went behind it. The Stone floors in the lounge/kitchen were brought from the Himalaya while the slate tops of the kitchen were imported from Wales.
The house is air conditioned and there is central underfloor heating making accommodation pleasant even during winter months.
The large 5.000 sq.mt. private wooded plot is fenced and gated.
